Welcome to Sex Talk

We all sometimes find it difficult to talk about sex with our partner. We also think because we are married or a couple we should know how to approach the subject.

However, without articulating to our partner what we desire can leave us silent and frustrated wondering how to express these feelings without hurting each other feelings.

Welcome to sex talk for couples struggling with how to discuss the intimate details of their relationship and how to pleasure each other.

Although, talking about sex can be difficult for many; here on sex talk, I would like to talk about how we all can get the pleasure we desire from our partner.

I am not a certified sex therapist; however, I am a Relationship Coach. My experience comes from being married and seeking the pleasure I desire  with my husband. I do hold a (MHA) Master of Health Administration degree and an MBA. My objective for this blog is a conversation.

Passion is the building block of great sex; although you can have one without the other it’s good to have both. You must create a Sexy Frame of Mind and dispel the myths that you are too old, tried, or do not have time for sex. In order for Passion to rekindle in your sex life, we must remove the myths that Sex over 50 does not exist because it does.  And to achieve great sex you must spend time together.
